In May 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into effect and as we respect your privacy we have updated our privacy policy to ensure we comply with them.
You are currently part of our database because you have either signed up via our website or expressed an interest in our chocolates. On that basis, we are assuming that there is legitimate interest for us to continue contacting you.
We do not 'buy in' mailing lists and we NEVER pass, or sell, your details to other companies and the only details we have are those described below.
If you are happy with this, and wish to continue receiving the occasional email from us then you do not need to do anything.
If you change your mind in the future, then you just need to click the unsubscribe link located at the bottom of any of our emails and you will automatically be removed from the email list. If you prefer to be removed from our brochure mailing list then you can either email,or call,us and we will carry out your wishes.
If any of the information you originally gave us has changed then we will be happy to update the details if you let us know.

We use this information to deliver orders you might place and distribute brochures to customers who have requested one. We may also pass your details to a local Distributor if you have asked us to do so. In addition we occasionally send emails to inform you about new seasonal items or special promotions. You can opt out should you require us not to do so.
Every email we send you gives you the option to unsubscribe if you wish and if you do this your email details are automatically removed from our list. If you change your mind you will need to sign up again.

We will delete or amend any information if you ask us to.
All payments made on our website are processed by either Paypal or Sagepay and we have no access to your payment details - i.e the card number or pin number.
